The biggest mistake is to avoid mistakes.
I love mistakes and want to make as many as possible.
The more mistakes I make, the more I learn, the faster I progress towards my goals. When I worked for many companies, I always wanted more. I tried to satisfy my need to help people. It’s one of my values. If I hadn’t become an IT and Data professional, I would have become a doctor.
For example, one of my mistakes when I decided to start my own business was having a lot of technical obstacles. Here I had a large team working under my direction, we were losing time, postponing deadlines, but it was all justified, because at the end of the day I have a strategy, and I know exactly what I want. You can’t compromise on strategy by cutting off 1 or 2 days. The result you make now lays the foundation for everything. It will be much more expensive to redo it later.
I almost made one mistake when I thought of giving up on a complex technical task because I had to get involved and it took a huge amount of time (all my days and nights). At that moment I remembered how my husband always stands his ground. If he wants something, if he has something in mind, he never backs down. I am grateful to have him, and he inspires me to keep striving for my dreams even in the hardest of times.
How do you make more mistakes
The more you try, the more mistakes you make. The more you do and don’t give up, the more likely you are to learn. There is no valuable experience without action.
