They say:

But the market is overloaded with job openings. So they’re also hitting a wall.
The paradox: these two parties (candidates and the recruiters) can’t find each other as something here doesn’t match. 🤷🏼♀️
I think that this reality should give you hope, because the companies need you as much as you need them. Job search is a mutual process. And the key to matching to the right vacancy is actually very simple.
